Easter zuccotto (Easter)

A tasty and colorful sweet, perfect for your children. Not to be missed in your Easter menu!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Add time: 4 hours (into the fridge)

Sponge cake;
Chocolate custard;
2 spoons of sugar.
Whipped cream;
Chocolate chips;
Chocolate sprinkles.

Cut the sponge cake into slices and put half of them in an oval baking dish. Spread with sugar mixture (obtained mixing water and sugar into a pan) (1). Stuff with the chocolate custard (2) and cover with the remaining sponge cake slices (3), then store into the fridge for 4 hours. Garmish with whipped cream, chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles.

Conservation: consume within 3-4 days and store in the fridge.
